http://nigelgeometry.blogspot.com/ (could not get to post on my blog) I have learned a lot in chapter 10! Ive learned that there are tons of formulas just to solve stuff for circles. In it you can have secants and tagents too. You can also figure out circumfrence, diameter, and radius measures. It is kind of hard to explain just what ive learned. Its easier to show rather then explain. Honestly, i didnt really know most of this. Ive learned most of this just this year.
Drummers use circles in their job in a band. They have to know just where to hit and how far from edge. Then to play on edge they need to know how dar it is. It may not be that hard of a job, but they still use circles every day.
I dont know exactly what im asking. but numbers 28 30 32 of lat nights hw????
I have learned a lot of different things in Chapter 10. Some of the things are how to find the point of tangency, theorems that are help, and how to use different formulas! Im undrstanding a little better this semester.
I think what you mean is if you are given the angle measure, then you could use the formula we learned, and use m<x=1/2(Arc1-Arc2). Then from there you could plug in what you are given.
